Under agreement 1.1, the full-refund window starts at the first successful paid-license activation with EULA acceptance, once per purchased license. Trial acceptance and additional computers do not start or restart it. If you decline the EULA before paid activation, request a full refund even after 14 days from purchase.

A few useful answers.
Is this a subscription?
No. The base license is a one-time purchase. It includes 12 months of updates and email support. Eligible versions remain usable after that coverage ends, subject to license verification.
Can I use the same license on different operating systems?
Yes. One named user can activate up to three computers total across Windows, macOS, and Linux, in any combination. You don’t need a separate purchase for each platform.
What happens when update coverage ends?
You can keep using versions covered by your license. Expired update coverage does not itself require you to stop using those versions. License verification is still required.
Can I renew update coverage?
An optional update/support renewal is planned, but it is not available to purchase yet. Renewal is not required to keep using eligible versions.
Does Pellucid need an internet connection?
An internet connection is required to start a trial, activate a computer, and verify a paid license at least once every 28 days. The app warns from day 21. After day 28, reconnect and verify before starting further paid operations; viewing and recovery-saving existing work remain available.
Is AI usage included in the purchase?
The assistant requires a configured provider. Provider charges, availability, and data handling depend on that configuration; the Pellucid purchase does not include unlimited AI usage.
